We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to become part of the Banjo's team at our Longford Store. Junior shifts are between the hours of 3:30pm to 6:30pm weekdays and 7:30am to 6:30pm on weekends.

The Opportunity
  1. Exceeding our customer's expectations with fast and friendly service.
  2. Inspiring staff to achieve more through leading by example, consistency and communication.
  3. Producing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees.
  4. Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work.
  5. Be prepared to work across a range of shifts - Banjo's stores operate 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

  1. You have a positive attitude and love working as part of a team.
  2. You take pride in merchandising the café products.
  3. You have experience in providing excellent customer service.
  4. You are reliable, organised and a good communicator who supports their team mates.
