We’re looking for a Performance Manager to lead one of our Juniper Training centres, ensuring outstanding delivery, strong staff development and excellent outcomes for every learner. ✨ About the Role As a Performance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and success of your centre. You’ll lead, coach and develop staff, manage resources effectively, and make sure that learners receive a high-quality, positive and engaging learning experience.
