MBA Associate 2026 - Power & Infrastructure CrossBoundary Advisory, part of CrossBoundary Group, is a leading investment advisor focused on unlocking private capital in underserved markets. What You’ll Do Lead transaction advisory work, including: Supporting feasibility and pre‑feasibility studies for critical infrastructure projects Sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities Supporting deal structuring and refining business models to drive bankable transactions Fundraising for transactions, including due diligence support Post‑investment strategy Support CrossBoundary’s growth in new sectors and markets by: Supporting RFP responses for strategic new business opportunities Proactively creating opportunities through ideation and co‑creation with potential clients Developing thought leadership and supporting CB participation in external‑facing events such as panels Who You Are Current MBA candidate 3-4 years of experience in project finance or a power/infrastructure team at a specialist advisor, renewable energy developer, top‑tier infrastructure fund, development finance institution, lender, or investment bank Excellent analytical ability, strong problem‑solving and clear communication skills Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including basic accounting and financial modelling Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences Ability to operate independently with strong time‑management and attention to detail Understanding and/or interest in the challenges and opportunities of emerging and frontier markets Equal Opportunity Employer CrossBoundary is an equal opportunity employer.
