About the RoleAs a Fashion Sales Associate, you’ll play a key part in creating an inspiring and welcoming shopping experience. You’ll support customers in finding pieces they love, offer styling advice, and ensure the store looks its best at all times. Combining the “Art of Selling” with your comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits. Your day-to-day will include:Delivering outstanding customer service with a personal touchAssisting shoppers with product selection and styling tipsMaintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floorHandling transactions accurately and efficientlySupporting inventory processes, restocking, and store merchandisingContributing to team goals and a positive store atmosphereYou can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys. You may be working across any of our departments — Menswear, Womenswear, or Childrenswear — each with its own exciting collections and loyal customer base. We’re looking for someone who can adapt to different styles and age ranges, bringing enthusiasm and product knowledge to every area.About YouYou will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are confident in your product knowledge and communication skills.
