You will be: Keen to stay involved in the technical aspects of delivery while broadening your knowledge Confident, credible and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders Practical, proactive and comfortable operating in complex environments Intelligent, analytical and curious about technology Organised, delivery-focused and commercially aware Collaborative, with a sense of fun and adventure Willing to develop business development and client relationship skills Experience And Requirements 8+ years’ experience within a management or IT consulting environment Degree educated (STEM discipline preferred) Broad knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, ideally across: International corporate networks End‑user compute within corporate environments Data centre infrastructure (server, storage, virtualisation) Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Big data, visualisation and analytics Leadership experience in project and programme delivery Experience as a client lead or consulting lead under senior sponsorship Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle from business case and initiation through to transition and benefits realisation Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring junior consultants Strong written and analytical skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Exposure to consulting sales processes, such as: Sell‑on engagements Bid and proposal work Business development and networking Package And Benefits Competitive base salary 20% (uncapped) bonus Life cover (4x base salary) Pension (9% total: 8% company / 1% personal contribution) Enhanced health insurance (including family cover) 25 days’ holiday Path to equity ownership based on contribution London-based, with flexible working arrangements If you are looking to join a consultancy that values expertise, autonomy and quality, and where your impact directly shapes both client outcomes and the firm’s success, we would love to hear from you.
