They would like to appoint well qualified graduates or Graduate Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 and small group basis to focus on raising attainment, participation, confidence and self esteem. You will be working with students in a mainstream setting, between the ages of 11 - 16 (Key Stage 3 & 4, Years 7 - 11).
