* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning through emotional and behavioural regulation.
* Implementing trauma-informed and psychologically-informed practices with guidance from teachers, SENCOs, and therapists.
* Supporting young people to develop emotional literacy, coping strategies, and social communication skills.
* Observing and reflecting on behavioural patterns, contributing to support plans with the school’s therapy and pastoral teams.
* Assisting with sensory and emotional regulation activities, creating safe spaces for learning and self-expression.
* Working collaboratively with educational psychologists, counsellors, and mental health practitioners to understand interventions in practice.
