Job Title: Water Hygiene Administrator. Location: Dartford, Kent. Salary / Benefits: £22k – £26k + Training + Benefits A long standing and reputable Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Administrator to join their busy and friendly office. This role would suit someone with a strong administrative background, ideally within a Water Hygiene company. You will be working alongside a team of dedicated administrators, booking in Water Hygiene / Water Treatment / Legionella works for a mixed portfolio of clients, alongside providing support to internal management. For the successful candidate, our client can offer a part time or full-time position, tailored career development plans, competitive pay, and pension scheme. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Orpington, Erith, Gravesend, Rainham, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Grays, Swanley, Bromley, Tilbury. Experience & Qualifications Previous / current experience working within an administrative role within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Keen eye for detail and able to work well under pressure. Excellent IT skills. The Role Booking in and organising Water Hygiene / Water Treatment / Legionella works. Allocating engineers / risk assessors to sites, arranging accommodation when required. Providing day to day support to internal management, booking in appointments and meetings. Producing quotations for clients. Raising invoices and purchase orders upon completion of works. Ensuring internal databases are up to date and accurate. Liaising with clients, dealing with queries efficiently. Carrying out effective document control. Undertaking general day to day admin duties e.g., scanning, filing, answering / making phone calls.
