We offer a flat rate across all cards and now operate in Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, France and the UK. Location & Employment Location: Remote (Central London Area)Employment Type: Full TimeSalary: £60k‑£70k OTE (Commission uncapped) Responsibilities Attend on‑site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings). Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvassing (25% of signings). Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals. Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system. Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‑sale. Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution. Commission Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally. Transportation & Benefits Travel mileage paid for personal cars with free Ringgo parking account. Company paid Oyster card and Zipcar account available. Who You Are Ambitious – You’re looking for more than a 9‑5. We only promote internally and we promote fast. Skills & Attributes Highly motivated with proven talent for identifying opportunities and closing sales. Excellent face‑to‑face communication, negotiation and objection handling. Self‑starter, resilient and motivated by commission and results. Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and ops teams. Background Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (no specific payments industry experience required). Experience selling to SME owners. Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle; flexibility to travel regionally if required (mileage reimbursed, no car allowance). Corporate Oyster card and Zipcar account will be provided.
