Job Title: Marketing Manager - Apprenticeships Location: London Contract: Full‑time, 37.5 hrs per week (Hybrid) Package: Competitive + benefits Role Overview A leading UK provider of IT, Tech and Digital Training Solutions, QA seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to create and execute targeted lead‑generation campaigns that promote QA Apprenticeships to a B2B audience. You will manage a Marketing Executive, work closely with sales and stakeholders, and support the Head of Marketing to meet business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted lead‑generation marketing activities across a range of channels for B2B audiences. Support the Head of Marketing in achieving business objectives and manage a Marketing Executive. Collaborate with sales and key stakeholders to design, launch and optimise B2B campaigns. Create and deliver marketing plans that effectively target customers across multiple channels. Drive growth through new customer acquisition, customer expansion and learner progressions. Use customer insight to develop compelling propositions and marketing messages. Execute the marketing plan on time and within budget, focusing on lead generation. Run effective internal campaign launches. Work with stakeholders to drive process improvements. Track, analyse and report all marketing activity, using learnings to optimise performance and maximise ROI. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across a variety of channels. Experience planning multi‑stage lead nurture campaigns using marketing automation. Skilled in using analytics and reporting to measure results and drive optimisation. Experience managing and developing a marketing team. Stakeholder engagement experience, particularly with sales leaders and teams. Demonstrable experience creating print and online communications. Degree‑level education, ideally in Marketing or a related discipline. Professional marketing qualification is an advantage. Benefits 27 days holiday per year, with a holiday buying scheme.
