Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Year 2/3 | Immediate Start Location: Lewisham Pay: £475-£600 per week (DOE) Contract: Full-time, ongoing We're looking for a committed Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mixed Year 2/3 class in a warm, inclusive specialist setting. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with Autism (ASD) and behavioural needs, who values small class sizes and a child-centred approach. About the School This South East London school offers a calm, structured environment where every child is supported to thrive. With small class sizes and a strong staff‑to‑pupil ratio, the team works collaboratively to nurture emotional wellbeing, independence, and academic progress. The school's inclusive ethos is at the heart of everything they do. The Role You’ll provide tailored support to pupils with ASD and behavioural needs, working closely with the class teacher to promote engagement, consistency, and positive routines. The role includes 1:1 and small group support, with a focus on emotional regulation and learning.
