Responsibilities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain software solutions. Working across the full technology stack from architecture and design to deployment and monitoring. Contributing to the development of mission‑critical systems that ensure reliability and safety. Sharing knowledge, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Tackling a variety of technical challenges with a versatile and adaptable mindset. Qualifications Were looking for individuals who bring : A proven ability to deliver working software solutions. Experience with or a willingness to learn technologies such as Core Blazor, WPF, Azure SQL, AWS, C#, JavaScript and Web APIs. A broad technical knowledge base (specific maritime experience is not required). Strong communication and teamwork skills with an openness to share and receive feedback. A collaborative and curious mindset with a passion for building dependable software. We value attitude and potential as much as specific experience. Day-to-Day Heres what a typical day might look like : Collaborating with your team during stand‑ups to discuss progress and challenges. Writing clean, efficient and reliable code to develop new features or improve existing ones. Participating in code reviews to share knowledge and maintain high‑quality standards. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operation of systems. Learning new technologies and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
