It starts with you. As an HR Adviser you’ll support leaders across the organisation to implement HR policies and processes fairly and consistently. You’ll bring a positive solutions‑focused approach, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others. We’re seeking someone proactive with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly and apply sound judgement. Previous experience in employee relations and a sound knowledge of UK employment law is desirable. This is a key role in our People Team supporting the delivery of a positive employee experience and helping to build a healthy high‑performing culture. As our HR Adviser you will: Provide first‑line support to leaders on disciplinary, grievance, performance and well‑being matters. Guide managers through absence management processes including occupational health referrals and return‑to‑work support. Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies and employment law. Draft and review basic ER letters and escalate complex cases to HRBPs or the ER team. Support performance appraisals and the development of performance improvement plans (PIPs). Promote employee engagement and development initiatives. Manage HR cases through a case‑management tool, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution. Identify trends and recommend policy improvements to mitigate future risks. Collaborate with legal advisers, occupational health and other stakeholders on complex cases. Helping you feel good.
