Care Team Leader - Nights Sanders Senior Living is a luxury care home group with state‑of‑the‑art residences and exceptional services. Join us as a Care Team Leader - Nights and help provide professional, kind, and compassionate care for our residents. Pay Salary: £14 per hour. (Base pay range provided by Sanders Senior Living.) About the role As a Care Team Manager at Sanders Senior Living you will: Plan and provide high‑quality care that makes residents feel safe, respected, and independent. Lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they meet the highest care standards. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues. Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering physical, social, and emotional care to residents. Handle medication administration and conduct medication audits.
