This provider offers a stable, nurturing environment for children and young people aged 3-18 with learning disabilities, complex health needs, attachment disorders, and life-limiting conditions. With an average length of stay of 8 years and all homes rated Good or Above by Ofsted, this organisation focuses on giving every child a sense of belonging, purpose, and continuity. About the Role As Operations Manager, you'll oversee multiple children's residential homes across the West Midlands region. Your role will be to maintain the highest standards of care, ensure full regulatory compliance (especially Ofsted), and support your Home Managers to lead strong, stable, and inspiring teams. This is a senior leadership role that requires a confident, knowledgeable, and values-led professional with a deep understanding of children's residential services and strong Ofsted knowledge.
