Industry Events Sponsorship Lead Location: Manufacturing Technology Centre, Ansty Park, Coventry. Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits. About The Role As our Sponsorship Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our industry events and exhibitions. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop a pipeline of prospects, and convert interest into long‑term partnerships. Working closely with the Industry Events & Exhibitions Manager, you’ll help shape a world‑class events programme that connects thought leaders, innovators, and industry professionals. What You’ll Do Deliver revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads aligned to target sectors. Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and key accounts. Create bespoke proposals tailored to client needs and strategic goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional events. Manage the full client acquisition journey and maintain accurate CRM records. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Strong consultative and solution‑based selling skills. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Desirable: Experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B marketing within manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors. Why Join Us?
