Health & Safety Manager – Data Centre & Pharmaceutical ProjectsLocation: South WalesAbout the RoleAs Health & Safety Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving HSE excellence on complex, fast-paced projects within data centre and pharmaceutical environments. You’ll work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of safety from design through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HSE strategy and implementation on active sitesConduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigationsDevelop and deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefingsMonitor compliance with project-specific safety requirements, local laws, and client standardsLiaise with client HSE teams, consultants, and regulatory bodiesChampion a proactive safety culture, supporting continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspectionsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 7+ years’ experience in Health & Safety managementProven background in data centre and pharmaceutical project environmentsNEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent); IOSH/Chartered Membership desirableIn-depth knowledge of CDM regulations, construction safety, and high-spec cleanroom/tech environmentsExcellent communication, reporting, and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a high-pressure, high-performance settingExperience with multinational clients and Tier 1 contractorsInterestedPlease apply online or send CV to nithin.winson@icdsuk.com for a strict confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
