We’re looking for a passionate SEN Teacher who would be able to run a small unit currently comprising 7 children with severe and complex needs and three supporting teaching assistants. All the children are below Year 3 in their chronological ages.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working with SEN pupils in a specialist setting and catering to younger children
A nurturing approach and commitment to inclusive education
Someone who can use their experience to direct the staff who work there
Excellent communication, adaptability, and behaviour management skills
Confidence in using creative and innovative teaching strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
