ABOUT THE ROLE As a Commis Waiter/Waitress at Mezzogiorno by Francesco Mazzei, you will support the front‑of‑house team in delivering an exceptional and refined dining experience to all guests. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth service flow, upholding presentation standards, and assisting Waiters and management in all aspects of service.This is a hands‑on, guest‑facing role that provides an ideal entry point into luxury hospitality. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable, but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Experience in luxury or fine dining environments is an advantage. Strong work ethic and team spirit. Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Professional appearance and attitude. Clear and respectful communication skills. Calm and adaptable under pressure. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required or willingness to obtain). Health & Safety training is beneficial. Interest in pursuing further training such as WSET or formal service qualifications is encouraged.
