Criminal & Immigration Solicitor – Locum (Part-Time)

Are you a dedicated Criminal & Immigration Solicitor looking for flexible locum work? We're seeking an experienced solicitor to provide part-time cover, handling a mix of criminal defence and immigration matters.

Role Details:

  1. Position: Locum Solicitor (Part-Time)
  2. Practice Areas: Criminal Defence & Immigration
  3. Location: Remote/In-Office (Flexible)
  4. Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule
  5. Start Date: Immediate/ASAP

What We're Looking For:

  1. Qualified Solicitor with experience in criminal law & immigration cases
  2. Strong advocacy skills, including police station and court representation
  3. Ability to handle asylum, visa applications, deportation, & human rights cases
  4. Must have a valid Practising Certificate
  5. Duty Solicitor accreditation (preferred but not essential)
