Cook Team Leader – Ysbyty Glan Clwyd We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Cook Team Leader to join our catering team. The role will involve working hours 11:00‑19:00 Monday‑Friday and will require the candidate to be able to work as part of a team and to manage their own time effectively. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals for patients, staff, visitors and functions. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with HACCP and legislation. Support a wide range of duties including cooking for patients with specific dietary requirements and retail services. Record information and manage kitchen operations. Be flexible and ready to work in other units, on weekends and on call. Skills and Qualities Experience as a chef or catering professional for large numbers of meals. Excellent team worker, friendly and professional approach. Flexible approach to work and willingness to support the service. Willingness to work in other units and on weekends.
