Wolviston Management Services are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Production Operative to join a reputable and expanding manufacturing business based in Teesside
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a hands-on team, where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued throughout the production process.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and fabrication of a range of products using hand and power tools
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions
Measuring, marking, cutting, and fitting components to precise specifications
Ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety
General workshop duties including material handling, cleaning and equipment maintenance
Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining a tidy, efficient work environment Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience within door manufacturing, ideally in a factory or workshop environment
Confident in the safe and correct use of hand and power tools
A strong work ethic with a good level of attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new processes and follow strict health and safety procedures
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Powder coating experience is advantageous however not essential  What's on Offer:
