We are delighted to be supporting a UK-based charity in their search for a Learning & Development Officer to join their People and Organisational Development team.All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), temporary role based at their Central Office with flexibility for remote working. The role is running for up to 3-months, with the potential to become permanent.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about creating a positive learning culture and delivering high-quality development experiences for staff.Key Responsibilities for this role include: Acting as the first point of contact for all learning and development enquiries.Managing internal and external development events from start to finish, including liaising with providers, promoting events, and evaluating feedback.Overseeing the learner journey from booking through to course completion.Managing the Learning Management System (Litmos) and maintaining accurate training records on the HR Information System.Producing reports and carrying out data analysis on learning activities.Promoting learning opportunities through internal communication channels.Supporting organisational development projects and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. To be considered for this position, you should possess: Experience working in Learning & Development with knowledge of training event processes.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organisation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems and Learning Management Systems.Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.A passion for learning and development and commitment to self-improvement. Desirable: Working towards or holding a CIPD qualification.
