You will work closely with our residents and their families as well as the wider multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person‑centred care in line with their individual care plans. We will look to you to support our residents with a variety of daily tasks, whether that be by assisting them with personal care tasks (where required), providing social and emotional support to encourage participation in centre activities or simply by offering companionship by taking an interest in residents’ lives. This is a hands‑on role, where you will really make a difference in the lives of the people we support. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks as required. About You You must have a valid proof of right to work in the UK. Experience in care is welcomed but is not essential. You must have strong and clear communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering compassionate care. You should be flexible and be able to adapt to our residents’ changing needs and routines.
