Operations Manager – London Thomas Franks Ltd invites applications for an Operations Manager based in London. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a salary of £60,000 per annum, 40 hours a week. Location: Hook Norton near Banbury (head office). Ample parking available. Overview As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L, business development strategy, and people management & development for the Operational Division in the London region. You will support the Regional Director and maintain exceptional standards for a leading client base. Key Responsibilities Own full accountability for the P&L of the division. Develop and implement business development strategy to achieve targets. Lead, manage and develop a high‑performing operational team. Deliver outstanding food service and customer service standards. Foster a positive and motivating culture. Candidate Requirements Passion and knowledge of contemporary fresh food and service. Demonstrated operational experience in contract catering or hospitality with high‑standard clients. Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Lead by example, motivation and leadership skills. Outstanding financial management skills – commercial and fixed price. Understanding of innovative marketing and merchandising. HR best practice knowledge. Right to work permanently in the UK. Ability to undertake enhanced DBS and provide full 5‑year reference checks. Experience in compliance. Excellent listening, written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of office management systems. Organisational, analytical and time‑management skills; ability to create effective processes.
