Play an important part in our journey as Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managing the operations, warehouse and most importantly… the people You’ll really ‘get’ the value in recognising good work in the team and making sure they are motivated will be your priority You’ll lead the team putting safety at the forefront and working towards shared goals of delivering the best serviceKey Responsibilities:Coaching the team to reach their full potentialCommunicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right timeManaging recruitment, absence, performance conduct safety and serviceAllocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targetsCarrying out good quality investigationsYou’ll make sure all goods are picked, numbered and stocked safely and efficiently through managing the team. You’ll take charge of looking after company equipment making sure it is maintained and organised to reach maximum productivity levels.
