You are confident and professional in sharing ideas with team and clients The ability to develop and mentor graduate engineers. In addition, the Senior Scaffolding Design Engineer will demonstrate : Experience reviewing designs, preparing quotes, managing deadlines, and writing design briefs. The ability to develop the London office client base. You are skilled in setting goals, overseeing staff performance, and planning project feasibility based on market demand. Familiarity with frame analysis and / or modelling software packages would be a bonus.
