Hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Harvey Nash, Leeds is looking for a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our highly successful Contracts team. You'll have the opportunity to work with and win high-profile clients, drive exceptional results, and continue to build on our strong reputation within the sector. The Job

• Creating a clear business development strategy to generate new business and expand service lines into existing clients
• Having a systematic and deliberate approach to expanding your network
• Maintaining and developing a broad network of highly credible candidates through strategic outreach and relationship building
• Building your brand; generating insightful content to share with your network and creating impactful external events
• Educating yourself on a wide range of technologies and specific market insight relevant to your specialism
• Establishing internal relationships across the wider business through cross selling and knowledge sharing
• Effectively using search tools and job platforms to increase efficiency

What do you need to be successful?

• Experienced in contract Tech recruitment and generating new business
• Action orientated and results driven, moves quickly with purpose
• Recognised as a contributor in a market, sector, topic or specialism
• Evidence of winning new business from existing clients often
• Mindful of the business strategy and able to communicate this to both colleagues and our clients
• Ability to maintain energy and entrepreneurial approach and thinking
• Displays a high level of honesty and integrity and a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership
• Experience within a specialist or all-rounder on technology verticals
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, facilitation and presentation techniques
• Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, with the gravitas to operate at all levels
