Paid Media Executive

Skin + Me is a mission‑driven start‑up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an ambitious and skilled Paid Media Executive to join our Growth Team. This is a hybrid role: 3 days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and 2 days remote. About the role As a Paid Media Executive you will execute and manage paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok). You will own day‑to‑day management, plan and execute tests, and help hit our KPIs and growth targets. You’ll contribute to our paid ads strategy across Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me. What You'll Do Support the Paid Media Lead in managing Google Ads, Meta and TikTok paid activity. Own your channels: daily optimisations, account maintenance, and monthly performance reporting. Continuously test new ads on Meta, TikTok and Google. Contribute to paid ads creative briefs for Meta and Google, and feed creative learnings to the design team. Develop and execute testing across creative, messaging, landing pages and offers; keep up to date with industry trends. Liaise with UGC content creation agencies for best‑in‑class UGC content, including concept brainstorming, creator approval, script & content reviews. Utilise in‑house data tools to analyse performance trends and improve results. Represent Skin + Me in advertising partner meetings with Meta, Google, TikTok. Who You Are Ideally 2+ years experience in paid media (in‑house or agency), running campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with a strong understanding of performance drivers. Experience in a data‑driven, high‑experimented environment. Proficient in analysing large datasets in Microsoft Excel to derive insights. Self‑starter with hunger to learn, constantly improve in a fast‑paced environment. Curious, always asking questions and challenging the status quo. Strong communication skills: presenting results and learnings to various stakeholders. Capable of working collaboratively and independently. Strong attention to detail.
