The Role – Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

As an EYFS TA, you will play a vital role within the Early Years provision, supporting children’s learning, development and well-being. You will work closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to assist with daily activities, deliver small-group sessions, and engage children in purposeful play. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to support children of varying needs and stages. A genuine passion for early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a warm, supportive environment are key to this role.
