OverviewJob Title: Care CoordinatorLocation: Croydon & SuttonContract: Full-TimeSalary: £29,000 - £31,500About the roleRadfield Home Care Croydon & Sutton is looking for a Care Coordinator to support the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service. You will manage care needs with clients and their families, support a team of care professionals, set and manage rotas, and keep essential records up-to-date. No two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out assessments for new clients and devising person-centred care plansRegular compliance auditsHandling incoming queries from clients and care professionalsCreating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on-call rotaAssisting with recruitment, interviews & onboardingCoordination & delivery of staff in-person training and e-learningSupporting with staff appraisals and supervisionsAttending care calls as requiredQualifications / Required Skills & ExperienceLevel 3 Health & Social Care or be willing to work towardsAt least 2 years’ experience within the home care sectorExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the teamFull driving licence and access to a vehicleBenefitsA welcoming, friendly, supportive and inclusive cultureEncouragement and empowerment to develop your skills & knowledge through internal training & formal qualificationsExcellent salaryFree parkingPlease note that we cannot offer sponsorship for this role, so applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
