Job: Sales Executive Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120) Bonus: Monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work involved. We are the UK’s favourite car‑buying service and are growing fast, with over 500 branches and new sites opening every month. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars – we will teach you everything you need to know. Responsibilities Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch. Serve as the main point of contact for customers. Prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet sales targets. Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service. Liaise with the back office and colleagues. Requirements Current full UK manual driving licence. Experience working in a target‑driven environment. Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to work well under pressure and independently. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers. Excellent administration and IT skills. Benefits Discounted gym membership.
