Crane Supervisor – Ashford

Location: Ashford, Kent

Start Date: 17/11/2025

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: Competitive (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

We are looking for an experienced Crane Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction project in Ashford.You will be supervising the forklift on site as it will be lifting 4m high Gantry.

Duties will include:

Supervising all lifting operations on site

Ensuring lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans

Coordinating with slinger/signallers and crane operators

Communicating with site management and ensuring safety compliance at all times

Overseeing daily checks and maintaining records

Requirements:

Valid Crane Supervisor (CPCS/NPORS) ticket (A62 Lifting OPS)

Proven experience supervising lifting operations

Strong understanding of health & safety and lifting regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Reliable and proactive attitude
