Senior Care Assistant The Lawns Care Home, Lawn Lane, Springfield, Chelmsford, CM1 7JB CQC rating: Good | Carehome.co.uk rating: 9.5 / 10 £12.40 per hour | Permanent contract | 4 × 12‑hour day shifts, alternate weekends Overview As a Senior Care Assistant you will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver high‑quality personal care to residents, and support clinical duties. The role focuses on person‑centred care, staff development, and collaboration with external teams.
