We’re working on behalf of a well-established, highly respected East Midlands-based firm to identify a capable and motivated professional to take on a key role managing a portfolio of large private estates.This is a unique opportunity to join a long-standing, director-led professional practice with a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality advice across the agricultural, residential, and commercial sectors.The Role:You’ll be taking the lead on the day-to-day and strategic management of multiple private estates. This will involve a wide variety of responsibilities—from property management and compliance to identifying development opportunities and advising on diversification strategies.The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in rural estate management, enjoy working independently, and be confident engaging directly with clients, tenants, and contractors. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your initiative, professionalism, and relationship-building skills will be highly valued.Responsibilities:Overseeing residential, agricultural, and commercial lettings and complianceManaging health and safety procedures across client portfoliosAdvising on diversification and new income streamsLiaising with insurers and ensuring appropriate cover is in placeProject managing property refurbishments and maintenanceIdentifying development potential and advising accordinglyHandling valuation, acquisition, disposal, and compensation mattersAdvising on mineral rights and land restorationProviding high-level consultancy to long-standing estate clientsIdeal Candidate:Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a strong post-qualification track recordClient-focused, commercially aware, and confident leading projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approachProficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to specialist softwareFull UK driving licence essentialOffer:Competitive salary (dependent on experience)Car allowance and discretionary bonus schemeFull-time position (Monday to Friday), with flexible working consideredA respected and established firm with a loyal client baseThe opportunity to work autonomously with genuine responsibilityThis role offers a rare chance to take ownership of a diverse portfolio and make a meaningful impact.
