We are supporting a well-established, forward‑thinking organisation in the West Midlands as they continue on a significant transformational journey. As part of this change, they are seeking a Reward Specialist to join the team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Reward professional who enjoys a blend of project‑focused work and business‑as‑usual Reward activities, and who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment. Location: West Midlands (Hybrid) – Coventry, Birmingham or Warwickshire Start: December 2025 Key Responsibilities Managing and supporting BAU Reward activities, including benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay and benefits administration Providing Reward insights through data analysis, reporting, and market research Supporting a variety of Reward‑related projects aligned with the organisation’s transformation agenda Assisting in the development and refinement of Reward frameworks, policies, and processes Collaborating with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure consistent and effective Reward practices About You Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR discipline Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills A proactive, detail‑focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a changing environment The flexibility to support both operational tasks and project‑led work What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 Hybrid working arrangement based in the West Midlands The opportunity to contribute to meaningful Reward projects within a transforming organisation A varied role offering exposure to both strategic and operational Reward work If you are a motivated Reward professional seeking a contract role where you can add real value, we would welcome your application.
