Following the hugely successful launch of our flagship store in Liverpool ONE, we are excited to grow our ARNE Bites team and are looking for a Café Assistant/ Barista to help deliver a hospitality experience that reflects who we are. You'll be the face of ARNE Bites -welcoming guests, preparing quality drinks and food, and bringing the warmth personality, and attention to detail that defines our brand. Requirements Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include: Support the day-to-day ARNE Bites operation to ensure smooth service and consistently high standards of food and beverage quality. Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items, while maintaining excellent barista standards. Assist in maintaining and updating the ARNE bites menu offerings by providing feedback on products and collaborating with suppliers when needed. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, taking orders accurately, and resolving minor issues promptly. Build warm, friendly relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the café's reputation. About You: Previous experience working within a Café Assistant / Barista role. Excellent understanding of café operations, from customer service skills to food preparation. Passion for delivering high-quality food, beverages, and service. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification would be a benefit, however full training will be provided if required.
