The company is focused on growth and innovation.ResponsibilitiesIn this newly created role you will play an integral part in supporting the commercial functions with general business admin tasks, data management, coordination and communications to ensure smooth operations while gaining practical experience and professional skills in a dynamic business environment.Arrange meetings for senior leadership members and take notes at SLT meetings when appropriate.Act as a single point of contact for arranging international travel in line with STADA travel policy.Book external meetings within agreed budget and support internal communications by arranging bi-monthly content for the newsletter, sending briefings to colleagues, and creating posts for internal channels.Support Marketing on external social media posts (e.g., LinkedIn) and assist with employee engagement activities, such as promoting reward schemes and collating nominations for Employee of the Month.Own the social calendar and events administration, including communications and bookings (e.g., food trucks).Organise Length of Service Awards and provide admin support to Culture & People, including induction meetings, starter packs, training documentation, and interviewing support.Coordinate temporary worker induction paperwork in collaboration with production, including access control for temps, visitors, and new joiners.What We Are Looking ForMinimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.Good IT skills with proven ability in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders through appropriate channels (phone, in-person, chat, email).Basic understanding of general business administration.Attention to detail and creativity; strong time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.How We Care For YouCompetitive starting salary of £17,500 and an annual bonus scheme.Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme offering 6% employer contribution.23.5 days of annual leave plus bank holidays with the potential to buy up to 5 additional days.Health benefits provided through Medicash Health Cash Plan.Free winter flu jab and wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme and KYAN Wellbeing (free coaching and counselling for you and your family).Cycle to Work Scheme and Enhanced Family Leave.Many more employee benefits and celebration events.STADA Group values and promotes a diverse, inclusive culture and welcomes applications from all backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
