The successful candidate will support children with a range of behavioural and Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and thrive in our nurturing school environment. Key Responsibilities Provide support to pupils with behavioural and SEN needs Assist in delivering personalised learning plans Help create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external agencies Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing and inclusion across the school day Supporting children with behavioural challenges Working with pupils with SEN A strong understanding of individual learning needs Experience working within an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision Knowledge or experience of SEND paperwork and documentation Personal Qualities Resilient, calm and patient Empathetic with a passion for supporting young people A team player with excellent communication skills Committed to safeguarding and inclusion Information about the School Spring Meadow Primary School and Nursery is a successful and oversubscribed community school located in the heart of the seaside town of Harwich and we are part of the LIFE Education Trust.
