Description

Drives challenging change initiatives with confidence, clarity, and data-led reasoning.
Maintains momentum and composure in the face of resistance or complexity.
Interprets sales, forecast and stock data to optimise availability and minimise risk.
Balances supplier lead times, demand patterns and stock KPIs to protect OTIF performance
Applies disciplined, end-to-end planning across forecasting, stock, intake and fulfilment
Standardises workflows and embeds consistent, efficient processes across sites.Profile

A successful Senior Merchandiser should have:

Proven experience in merchandising within the FMCG or retail industry.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and inventory data.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
A solid understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.Job Offer
