Payroll Officer – Payroll and Finance Team Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint a Payroll Officer to join their Payroll and Finance team at the head office in Stanmore. Pay Range Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Support employees with payroll-related queries. Ensure operational procedures and policies are fully understood and consistently followed. Maintain confidentiality in all dealings with the school and ILG. Communicate effectively with colleagues and other team members. Actively contribute and participate as part of the team, attending team meetings and activities. Always behave and dress in a professional manner. Maintain workspace in a neat and presentable manner, in keeping with professional expectations. Qualifications & skills Excellent communicator. Strong financial and payroll understanding. Ability to positively work with others and closely work with head office staff and staff on site at schools and nurseries.
