Overview We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Belfast. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience. As a Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners you will be supported to grow personally and professionally; you will have access to a structured training programme offering Training & Competency oversight to excel personal development. We encourage continuous professional development via ongoing studying and qualifications, and we also have a team of experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers with whom you will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation. Responsibilities Ideally some experience of working for an IFA. Ideally some client facing experience & Onboarding new clients. Completing application forms and paperwork / Processing new business. Preparing meeting packs / Invoices / Withdrawals. Letters of authority / Client servicing/client queries. Have experience in ISAs/Pensions/SIPPS/SSAS/Offshore bonds. Work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes. Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable. Maintain back‑office systems and client records in line with the company policies. Qualifications Ideally experience working in the wealth management industry / working for an IFA. Experience of providing support to Financial Advisors throughout the end‑to‑end process. Experience of dealing with HNW clients and an ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems. Knowledge of financial products i.e. ISAs, Pensions, GIA, Offshore and Onshore bonds etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships. The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
