Excellent programme and project management skills, including: Expertise in planning, governance, writing business case / reports. Producing highlight and board‑level reports, supporting programme delivery and governance. Strong communicative, administrative and organisational skill. You should be educated to Master's level or equivalent experience with extensive expertise in programme delivery, transformation, and operational implementation.
