Monitor and assist all employees to ensure they have the ability to complete their daily tasks in accordance with any Quality, Compliance and Health and Safety regulations without taking, or causing any additional risks. Manage the production and reporting of Quality KPI’s and ensure the sites are adhering to the agreed KPI’s. Complete on site audits against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and BRCGS standards and work closely with the site senior management team to produce and implement any required improvement plans to meet all legal requirements. Support the site in achieving and maintaining any client specific standards that may be required e.g SMETA 6 and Organic Standards in order to provide a first-class service. Provide support and input into business tenders and liaise with customers as and when required to ensure any specific quality requirements can be achieved. Support with audit standards which will support any BRCGS and ISO internal and external audits. Provide support and carry out investigations as and when required into nonconformance’s to ensure that robust corrective and preventative actions are in place. Work collaboratively with other sites to share ideas and ensure best practice is being implemented across the Group. Assist with the any roll out of other management systems across the Group eg ISO14001, ISO 45001 to ensure best practice is being implemented. Monitor and enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on site. Conduct regular risk assessment and safety inspections. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis. Deliver site training and toolbox talks to promote a safety-first mindset. Your knowledge and experience Management of ISO 9001 and BRCGS certification. HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards. HACCP level 2 desirable. BRCGS Storage and Distribution Issue 4 Awareness essential. ISO 9001: 2015 Awareness essential. NEBOSH certificate or equivalent (essential). Continuous improvement.
