Overview Forensic Psychologist (part‑time 2 days per week) in the North Lincolnshire Community Directorate, an NHS forward‑thinking service for complex mental health and forensic needs. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for people with complex mental health and forensic needs. Offer consultation, advice and supervision to multidisciplinary colleagues, promoting trauma‑informed practice. Contribute to service development, evaluation and audit, embedding evidence‑based approaches and high standards of care. Participate in risk assessment and management, supporting safe and effective care planning. Supervise and develop trainee psychologists. Contribute to MDT formulation, reflective practice and staff wellbeing. Role Details The position is part‑time (2 days per week) and will involve working with experienced psychological professionals across community and secondary care pathways. Qualifications & Experience A BPS‑accredited Doctorate in Forensic or Clinical Psychology (or equivalent). HCPC registration. Experience in forensic or complex mental health settings. Proficiency in formulation, assessment, evidence‑based intervention and risk assessment. Experience of multidisciplinary working, supervision and consultation. Compassionate, reflective, trauma‑informed approach and collaborative style.
