Duties & responsibilities Meet and greet patients Walk patients through the benefits and suitability of treatment plans Strive to secure a commitment from patients and help them with financial applications Connect and build rapport with patients and show empathy towards their circumstances Confidently impart the value of dental treatments to clientele Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ prior Sales experience Excellent personal presentation An empathetic approach Excellent communication and relationship building skills Knowledge of dental procedures is not required, training can be provided Benefits we offer Commission structure atop base Stability in full-time, 5-6 days per week About us Just SMILE is now a part of NOVA Dental which is a nationwide network of dental clinics providing high-end dental treatments, focusing on All-on-4 dental implants, and cosmetic dental treatments.
