Knowledgeable and professional, you'll work in your team to diagnose faults and investigate any issue the customer has. This role would suit a main dealerVehicle Technicianwho is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology.This role would suit aMain DealerqualifiedTechnicianwho is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology.What we needDeliver complete customer satisfactionWork as part of the workshop team to carry out scheduled vehicle service and repair work, in accordance with the manufacturer technical standardsExamine vehicles and diagnose non-routine defects, either in the workshop or during a road test, using knowledge of the vehicles and technologies concernedExamine vehicles and report defects against Department of Environment (MOT) and Vehicle Safety Report (VSR) standardsWork in accordance with workshop and dealership Health & Safety requirementsWork with colleagues to maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidinessTake personal responsibility for the daily maintenance of workshop equipment, and reports equipment defects or problems that need attentionAttend all specialised training, product knowledge and any other such relevant training that is requested of youReach / maintain appropriate level of Technician CertificationWork quickly and effectively to hit your productivity and efficacy targetsYour SkillsRelevant experience as aVehicle TechnicianMust have experience working within aMain DealerHold a valid MOT Licence (Not essential)A clean, current driving licenceBe able to interact with customers to deliver a great serviceWork efficiently under pressureUnderstanding of computer systems such as e-mail, using online training and manufacturer technical systemsWork quickly and efficiently to make sure the work is completed on time and right first timeWhat we offerExcellent basic salary, flexible depending on experienceToyotatraining pushing you through the ranks right through toMaster TechnicianAdditional bonus based on efficiency/productivityModern workshops with an abundance of diagnostic toolsGuaranteed efficiency bonus on HolidayReal career progression based around your aspirationsMarket leading benefits including pension, childcare and company lease schemeOvertime availableBrandToyotaCentre NameToyota CroydonCentre ProfileJemca Car Group is one of the UKs largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships, employing over 500 employees across sites in Greater London and Thames Valley.
