We are looking for an experienced Concept Artist to join our growing animation studio in London. As a Concept Artist, you will create concept art for characters, environments, props, and lighting keys. You will also conduct visual research and develop the visual style that guides our productions. Working closely with the studio leaders and teams, you will help shape the visual identity of our projects from the earliest stages.At Dream Games, all team members have a genuine chance to contribute to the final product and have an impact on the company. If you want to be a team member of a fast-growing company, you might be the person we are looking forResponsibilitiesCreating concept art for characters, environments, props, and lighting keysDeveloping mood boards, key art, and visual explorations to define style and toneConducting visual research and gathering references to support idea generationContributing to the development of the visual style and overall look of projectsCollaborating with the studio leaders and team members to find creative solutions for production challengesIterating effectively based on feedback to deliver feature-quality conceptsSupporting the Story Team with ideation and visual developmentRequirementsExperience in 3D animated projects, focusing on conceptual artworkStrong portfolio demonstrating story-driven character, environment, and lighting design workIn-depth knowledge of form, composition, color theory, light, and perspectiveAbility to effectively use research and references in concept developmentStrong collaborative skillsAppreciation and understanding of teamworkPassion for animation and gamesProtecting your privacy and the security of your data is a top priority for Dream Games.
