The Fast Track Manager Programme is a uniquely designed programme to teach you the essential skills to manage a KOOSA Kids Club.The roleYou will shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff and follow a uniquely designed Fast Track Manager Programme, learning on the job all the essential skills required to manage a KOOSA Kids After School Club. The programme covers KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies, EYFS, paediatric first aid, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management, safeguarding, and customer service.
