Media 10 have 20+ years of experience successfully creating immersive and world class design experiences all over the globe. The event is a cutting edge, multi‑venue experience, in the trendy neighbourhood of Shoreditch.Reporting to the Divisional Director, you will be tasked with successfully building this new and exciting event, with particular attention to detail, delivering the revenue needed, alongside becoming involved in the strategy for growth and success of the event in the future.What is expected of youEnsuring team and individual sales targets are achieved (stand revenue and sponsorship)Managing weekly and monthly pipeline of sales leads, individually and your teamManaging KPI’s and monthly expectations, individual and teamDeveloping and growing the existing client base and spend, whilst offering new client solutionsActively and intelligently seek new business opportunitiesEnsuring all new business is account managed correctlyEnsuring the “quality of client” is kept at the highest achievable level and matched to all shows and productsManaging clients before, during, and after the show(s)Communicating with senior management on forecasting and revenueAlways represent Media 10 in a professional mannerInternal relationsCommunicate with the whole team working in the portfolio; show management, stand sales, marketing, and features teamsLiaise with the operations team and the divisional director ensuring the smooth running of the exhibition during build up, the event open times, and break downCommunicate with credit control to ensure all contracts are fully paid prior to the eventCommunicate with the production team who will deliver the deals that you secureAdministration and reportingEnsure accurate and responsible admin for all bookingsEnsure that the in‑house database and CRM is up to date with contacts and commentsKeep all revenue trackers up to date alongside the production teamReport to the divisional director and the board of directors on a monthly basisGeneralSupport other team members as and when required and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the role and the company.Be present at all Media 10 events that you work on, irrespective of the fact they overlap into a weekendBe prepared to travel to global events for the sector – such as Milan, Paris, Copenhagen to mention a fewWhat you are good atA professional networkerA strategic and proactive thinker and plannerOrganised with an eye for detailPersonable and approachable with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsWhat we will do for youUncapped commissionDiscretionary bonuses25 days annual leaveOne day off for your birthday, (with a gift and cake)Enhanced maternity and paternity leaveTwo legendary parties per year, Summer and ChristmasA supportive, social, and vibrant team environmentThis role is based in our head office in Loughton, Monday to FridayApply for this positionFull NameEmailPhoneLocationRight to workSalery Expectation (GBP)Upload your CV as a PDF - Word - Rich text.
